There is nothing fake in our food. We buy all our ingredients from local Devon suppliers whenever feasible. We make 95% of all the items on our menu from srcatch, including dips, chips, desserts and ice cream. Beef: we use only prime cuts of beef from Greendale Farm, on the Sidmouth Road, just outside Exeter. The meat comes from a single herd of Charolais cows. We buy in a forequarter of beef every week, butcher all the meat ourselves and then individually hand-press all our burgers. We do not use bread crumbs or fillers in our burgers. ALL OUR BURGERS ARE GLUTEN FREE. Chicken and Pork: from Greendale Farm, on the Sidmouth Road, just outside Exeter. Pulled pork: this is marinated for 24 hours in a secret recipe of herbs and spices and then slow roasted for six hours. Vegetables: from Richard’s Greengrocer in Topsham. Buns: from Hallett’s the Bakers in Paignton.
